PSPB Launches Neospin
The Chief Executive Officer of the PSPB is pleased to announce that on 1 October 2021, the Authority launched its new pension administration system, Neospin. The PSPB is honoured to have worked with its partner, Sagitec Solutions, to implement a new and dynamic administration solution. In working with our partner, not only did this 14 month initiative come in on budget and on time, but the end result has been first-rate and has now positioned the PSPB to offer advanced services and supports to our plan members and employers. After celebrating this impressive milestone this past week, we want to let our plan members and employers know they can look forward to an update in early 2022 as at that time we will launch the self-service functions of Neospin to each of you. In launching these self-service portals, it will greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy for all plan members and employers in dealing with the PSPB.
