Depending on your membership status, the Member Self-Service (MSS) Portal allows you to:

1.  View your pension information

2. View and manage certain personal information

3. View your dependent details

4. Access important documents, including statements and payslips

5. Access information and answers regarding your pension

Yes. The Member Self-Service (MSS) Portal is designed to provide secure access to your pension information from your phone, tablet or Chromebook. 

You should always keep your login credentials confidential and never share your password or security information with anyone.

You can update certain personal information directly through the MSS Portal.

Log in to your account and review your personal details. Where the option is available, you can make the necessary updates yourself.

If you need to change information that cannot be updated directly through the portal, or if you notice information that you believe is incorrect, please contact PSPB at (345) 940-7136 for assistance.
