PSPB Introduces Member Self-Service Portal for Pensioners
The Public Service Pensions Board (PSPB) is pleased to introduce our Member Self-Service (MSS) Portal, providing pensioners with a convenient and secure way to access their pension information online.
The MSS Portal is part of PSPB’s ongoing commitment to improving the services we provide to our members and making it easier for pensioners to access important information when they need it.
Your Pension Information at Your Fingertips
Through the MSS Portal, pensioners can conveniently access pension-related information and services from a computer, tablet, or mobile device.
The portal allows you to:

- View and manage your personal information

- Access important documents, including pay slips
- Get answers to questions regarding your pension
The MSS Portal provides greater convenience and gives you more ways to stay connected with PSPB without always needing to visit or call our offices.

Accessing the MSS Portal is easy. Visit the PSPB website and select Login, then choose the Member Self-Service (MSS) Portal.
You can also scan the QR code on our MSS flyer to access the portal directly.
